The pure steam sample cooler from<\/strong> Neopure<\/strong> is designed to obtain pure steam samples in an efficient and safety way for being analysed. This unit is manufactured to meet the quality requirements to maintain the samples integrity.<\/p>\n

The model CCS-003 is mounted on a trolley to enable an ergonomic and easy transport to the steam simple point.<\/p>\n

The pure steam sampling unit is provided with a graphic recoded to get a process report and meet regulator requirements.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The pure steam sampling unit is provided with a sandblasting finish and itis able to get samples of 150 ml in 3,5 minutes. The equipment is provided with a cabinet where is located the heat exchanger the valves system and a bottom drawer where the condensation unit and the control system are located. \u00a0The bottom drawer is formed by removable trays to facilitate the maintenance works.<\/p>\n

All valves provided are sanitary membrane valves and all connections clamp type ASME BPE AISI-316 L SFF1 PL.<\/p>\n

The pure steam simpling unit of<\/strong> Neopure<\/strong> brings a gadget to put the glass flask with a non-invasive level switch to adjust the quantity of the sample to take from 150 ml up to 1l.<\/p>\n\n
