The superheated water autoclaves ADP-W series of Neopure<\/strong> are designed to terminally sterilize liquids in bags, bottles and flasks. With a circle section chamber they provide an superheated water shower to ensure a good temperature uniformity in the chamber and all de trays. They are designed and manufactured according to EN 285 and following the cGMPs and FDA recommendations and satisfy the high demands of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.<\/p>\n

The autoclave is provided with a control system to run\u00a0sterilization cycles in an automatic, reliable and repeatable way. All this through a high-quality materials and components used, critical instruments calibration and proved safety and alarm systems. The sterilizer has moreover event report and cycle parameters report.<\/p>\n

The autoclaves are totally tested in our factory simulating the final work conditions, their compact constitution allow an easy installation and start-up in their final location.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The overheated water autoclaves<\/strong> are used mainly for sterilizing liquids in flasks, plastic bags or bottles.<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The body of the autoclave is formed by a 6mm thick stainless Steel AISI316Ti chamber.<\/p>\n

It has a circular section to stand the pressure and facilitate its cleaning.<\/p>\n

The chamber provides a recirculation water system to reach all the load in the chamber and a heat exchanger to overheat and chill the water and in this way, achieve a uniformity of temperature in the chamber.<\/p>\n

Inside the chamber there are located 1 or 2 mobile temperature sensors, depending on the size of the chamber, to us them in the load and monitor the temperature of the load.<\/p>\n

The internal side of the chamber is mechanical polished Ra < 0,64 \u00b5.<\/p>\n

The chamber s totally covered by a 70 mm thick rock wool isolator and shelled with stainless steel AISI-304, satin polished.<\/p>\n

In the chamber there is a validation port to introduce the validation temperature sensors and it can be used as pressure test port, too.
\nIn the basis of the chamber there are two rails on where the loading trolleys can slide.<\/p>\n
